Olivia Levsky was born in Stockholm, Sweden, and grew up in Kibbutz Ramat Hashofet in Israel, spending much time at dairy and crop farms in Israel and globally joining her father in his day job frequently. At the age of 10 she moved with her family to Beijing, China where she attended the Western Academy of Beijing, one of the world leading international schools with strong emphasis on social responsibility and multi-cultural experiences with students from over 60 countries. In China, Olivia further developed her interest for farming, food production and the way youth are making their choices of diet while visiting farms and food companies. In the summer of 2018, Olivia moved with her family to Vancouver, Canada, where her passion for the educating her generation about the food industry only grew. Through her work, she was invited to speak at the PAPSAC conference at Harvard Business School, where she was the youngest speaker. This conference opened her eyes to the divide between the people who work in the industry and Generation Z. After attending this conference for two years in a row, Olivia chose to turn this passion into a business. In May of 2020, Olivia reached out to Brittany in hopes of getting some ideas for a logo, but soon realized Brittany was going to become a more permanent part of the team. After a year of hard work, Olivia's vision for a connective platform finally came to life.
